Instructions

Walk top-to-bottom before locking counts; skipped rows tend to explode during internal QA rather than improving in the field.

Discipline coverage

  • Mechanical / electrical / plumbing (and ancillary trades when in-scope) sheets all included on this revision
  • Latest issue dates match across coordinated drawings
  • Title blocks show the same identifying strings referenced in exclusions

Schedules

  • Door, fixture, equipment, plumbing fixture, and panel narratives exist when bids rely on quantities
  • Schedule-driven quantities reconcile to plan call-outs within tolerance you approve
  • Demo / phased sets captured before scope freezes

Legends

  • Active trade legends include every counted glyph on dominant plans
  • No orphan descriptions on heavy-density floors
  • Demo vs new symbology explained where mixed

Cross-sheet consistency

  • Room identifiers line up among RCP, power, HVAC, sprinkler, ceilings
  • Equipment elevations tagged on counted plans share tags with elevations
  • RCP vs reflected floor clarified when both drive device placement

Specifications / divisions

  • Referenced Divisions 01 / 22 / 23 / 26 / FA read when alternates hinge on them
  • OFCI versus CFCI equipment paths identified
  • Alternates enumerated only after bid-form rules are satisfied

Site / staging / tempo

  • Access narratives align with sequencing drawings
  • Temporary power narratives match manpower assumptions
  • Existing-condition overlays reviewed when demos affect routing

Bid form housekeeping

  • Alternates, unit prices, apprentice / PLA / tracking clauses captured verbatim
  • Allowance wording matches allowances called out graphically
  • Tax freight escalation flags align with estimating policy

Folder intelligence. Verbatim harvest, cross-sheet concerns, code-edition mismatch alerts, and conflict detection automate parts of this review — habits on paper still earn trust inside review meetings. Multi-discipline narrative report—download a single Markdown / DOCX / PDF report that stitches the verbatim plan harvest, every completed takeoff, conflict log, draft RFIs, and bid-bucket reconciliation against engineer-printed totals (when fixture or equipment schedules are present) into one decision-ready package per project.

Plan-set intelligence for MEP takeoffs — verbatim harvests, mismatches surfaced, drafts you can defend. Estimators stay in charge; software highlights where to look — it does not replace judgment.
