1. Acceptance

By using Estym8 or the suite apps on this site (ColdEyes, PlanM8, Bodi, SiteM8), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Estym8 produces organic takeoffs and estimates from plan sets. Peer apps review permit packages, design QA, ICT basis of design, and early site reads. Automated output is a first pass. You still own the number, the stamp, and the issue.

3. Your data

We will never sell or share your personal information. We use it only to provide the Service and to communicate with you about your use of it. See the Privacy Policy for the full promise.

4. Communications

We email you about the product you asked for (access, takeoff ready, billing). SMS only if you add a number and opt in. Reply STOP to end texts.

5. Accounts

Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if someone else used it.

6. Your files

You keep ownership of drawings and files you upload. You give us a license to process them only to provide the Service. Do not upload malware, or content you have no right to share.

7. Accuracy

Counts and estimates come from the drawings. Verify before you bid, buy, or build. The Service is provided as available, without extra warranties the law does not require.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Estym8 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits, from your use of the Service.

9. Fair use

Do not create extra free accounts to dodge limits. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service. If we got that wrong, email legal@estym8.ai.
