Estym8 provides automated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) estimation services, including quantity takeoffs, material shopping lists, and related construction estimation tools. The Service uses automated systems to analyze construction documents and generate estimates.
By using the Service, you may receive emails from us (for example, to confirm your takeoff is ready). If you voluntarily provide your phone number and expressly consent (e.g., by checking a consent box), we may send you SMS text messages—such as when your takeoff is ready for review. We only send SMS where you have given clear, affirmative consent. You may unsubscribe from communications at any time.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Estym8 and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission.
